Shipping Policy
Order Processing. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping. Where available, international shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays. Bucket Buddies is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our control.
